is a Made-in-Britain Theatre Director specializing in ensemble based work. Billie is a firm believer in facilitating a safe, creative environment in which actors, and the work can thrive.
Her original play, Your Alice premiered Off Broadway at BAM in May 2018 and ventured to the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2018 where it was critically acclaimed and was named one of the top ten shows to see at the fringe. The play had a London premiere reading in 2018 at the Arcola Theatre London and starred Louise Dearman.
Billie is currently the Resident Associate Director of the smash hit Titanique Off Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre which is isn its 3rd year of performances.
Billie has recently worked with Annie Tippe and Laura Benanti as the Associate Director on Nobody Cares at Audible. She has worked with Fake Friends and The New Group on The Last Bimbo of the Apocalypse and producing house the Tuck Shop on the dragged up smash hit Death Drop the Play. This Fall she will be the Associate for Bran Castle with JoAnn Hunter.
Billie is currently developing Moonfaker-a madcap comedy musical about the moon landing by Kyle Wilson and Sam French. This summer she will direct 3 HAMS that will head to the Edinburgh Fringe.
Other credits include the New York premiere of Red Winter by Anthony Mercado and Lysistrata Jones (Nominated for Outstanding Production of a Musical, NYIT Awards), both at Ophelia Theatre. Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella at Shenandoah Music Theatre Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, at the Scranton Shakespeare Festival and The Revolutionists by Lauren Gunderson .
Billie was the Artistic Director at the Ophelia Theatre Group form 2017-2020.
Billie is currently repped by United Talent Agency for writing and Directing.
